SharePoint 2010 Dev: Reduce DB File Size

IN DEV, NOT PROD:

Reduce Database Log File Size:
USE [DatabaseName]
ALTER DATABASE [DatabaseName] SET RECOVERY SIMPLE WITH NO_WAIT
DBCC SHRINKFILE(LogFileName, 1)
ALTER DATABASE [DatabaseName] SET RECOVERY FULL WITH NO_WAIT

Reset User Profile synchronization:
